Yup tried to get my drink from this tim hortons also, DD, half hot chocolate. Yup wrong, they try telling me. Its mocha, nope thats reg coffee half hot chocolate. I wait in line, I pay for it, I am the one who wants it. But Yup wrong again. Lol Yes, I know just quit going to these places.
I went today and got a medium DD. The total came to $1.90. I paid with a toonie. The lady took my money and told me have a nice day. I was going to ask for the 10cents but wasn’t too concerned as is was 10cents. BUT Tim Hortons teach your employees because really, I should have gotten 10 cents back.
I came to buy white milk for my child. And apparently they don't carry it?? Like what? You carry chocolate milk but not white milk? Even if you were not selling out of your order, then order less of them? Billion dollar franchise and you dont have milk on the menu. Crazy.
Whoever the lady is in drive thru right now should never be in customer service... Ever. And I only ordered 2 coffees. This place use to be a 5 star for years but the last 2-3 months have been horrible I've switched to another coffee shop. Thought I'd give them a chance but the customer service is just terrible.
Always a good start to my Monday. Thank you guys for appreciating your customers and taking care of them without failure.
