Dirty as hell, lazy and slow staff
Ordered door dash breakfast X2 bagels X1 donut X1 hash brown X1 large ice coffee and all that was delivered was the donut and coffee, guess I’m not having my Tim’s breakfast I waited and paid for. Tim’s is always forgetting items or putting the wrong items in. Wouldn’t recommend!
Worst Experience Ever Today I had the worst experience at Tim Hortons located at 464 Lahave St, Bridgewater, NS B4V 3T2. I ordered a Habanero Veggie Wrap, and one of the crew members told me it would take 10 minutes to prepare. After waiting, I finally received my wrap, but when I started eating it, I realized it was not wrapped properly. All the filling was falling out, making it impossible to eat. Down town Tim hortons not worth the wait. Nobody seems to want to move at a reasonable pace, multiple messed up orders in front of me slowing the line down further and on top of it, a coffee spilled next to the counter a employee stated “I’m done mopping that. That’s just too much.” As if it wasn’t her responsibility. I never write these or complain about poor service. Usually just take a messed up order and deal with it.
