Services not good
The employees are always friendly. I really like the egg white bites. Yum. Cinnamon raisin bagels with peanut butter taste great.
I recently visited one of your locations today at around 6:20 PM and would like to share a serious concern regarding the service I received. During my visit, a team member named Jaspreet was serving customers. When my turn came, instead of assisting me, she stepped back and asked another staff member to take my order. They keep giving me what clearly tastes like steeped tea when I ordered coffee and I've had to chase staff down for the food from the case I ordered. Often dirty but the staff are too busy socializing to pick the trash up off the tables.
