Staff was fast and friendly.
If I could give zero stars I would! It looks like somebody literally took a bite out of my food and I called the store. I wasn’t even rude about it. The manager and I actually had a bit of a laugh. I tried to be pretty decent considering….. It was the Tim Hortons in Cainesville I was told by management to come in in the morning the next day being today and then my order would be free and that she was sorry and that’s not the weirdest thing she’s heard because she’s heard some weird things. I have been to this location a few times and the staff are super friendly. But when I order food most of the time it's not available. No breakfast sandwiches in the morning, no donuts late at night, and today did not have the turkey stack. So I'm not sure what the problem is, but I have to say it really is not fair to put your staff through this. They don't want to disappoint the customers it makes their job very difficult. The franchisee I guess does not seem to care. Really a sad situation. Hope this can be corrected.
