Hi, yesterday morning I went around 10:05. I bought a coffee and a sandwich. When I went to the window I asked the lady for the stuff I ordered she had glasses. I kindly asked the lady if I could have a tray to hold my tea, and she immediately started to get mad at me saying that I couldn’t order at the window and had to say it earlier.
