Tim Hortons is not the same lately every time I go there my order is wrong or my Brown sugar latte is never the same just don’t like the place any more
Ordered 4 drinks and a cookie. Out of 4 drinks, only one was right (iced Capp). Perhaps letting your customers know what you DO have instead of saying "No don't have that" would be helpful. Huge language barrier, woman at speaker couldn't understand "strawberry" and man at the window didn't understand "strawberry quencher" either. Might as well just throw your money out the window.
Great service. Staffs are very kind and prepared the meal and drink really quick.
