I hade order a toasted bagel one of the easiest thing they have on the menu and idk why but it in fact was not toasted. I’m sorry, but a bagel with cream cheese and not toasted is one of the most disgusting things ever.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location around 8:15 PM. I ordered a cookie and an XL honey lemon tea (black) and asked for it to be cooled down with ice. The cashier (named OLA, not wearing a name tag) waved to his friend behind me and ignored me mid-order. He then served his friend before me, and carelessly dropped two ice cubes on the tea lid before walking away.
