Im finished with tim hortons, way to much theft happens...ordered a ice cap not knowing my points were active..they scan my card and charge me. I just opened my app to see what promos are on and I find out 800 points deducted for the ice cap. This isnt the first time this has happened....Absolutely no honesty with Tim hortons.
Poor customer service from night shift staffs . Too lazy to prepare pizza after 11 pm
Love the tea and its my first thing to start my day.
