I’m a regular at this location for my daily coffee and food, but I wanted to reach out regarding some consistent issues I've noticed with a staff member named Maecy.Whether she’s working the window or at the front counter inside, her tone is unfortunately quite rude. I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the behaviour of team member name meacy. I don’t know he or she was quite rude and dismissive, which made the visit uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, but unfortunately that was not the case.
Love stopping here on our way thru always fast and yummy! 😋
This place is great if you are running behind for work. They rush through orders and food preps. 8/10 visits result in cold sandwiches that are supposed to be hot.the edges and outer crusts get warm from time to time but the core is as cold as their greedy hearts :(
