Seems that the drive thru is always open but the physical dining room (where travellers might want to come in, and use the washroom) is never open Give this a miss and go elsewhere

I’ve been to this Tim’s 2 times and both times I was very dissatisfied. My first experience I spent 20 minutes standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order at 8 at night, when the drive through wasn’t even busy. They were just standing in the back talking. I went in today to meet a friend and got lunch and didn’t realize until after we left that I never received my full order from them, and they don’t give you receipts so I couldn’t argue it with them.
