Not once but 4 times we have ordered a box of all cappuccino tim bits and every time they gave us a box with nothing but the filled brule tim bits. Which none of my kids like. Waste of time and energy going there, its better to just drive all the way across town to get actual service at the other Tim Hortons. Their staff either dont care to listen or dont know their product enough to tell the difference. I dont normally write reviews but its beyond frustrating to have it happen this many times. Had takeout, ordered sausage n egg on biscuit no cheese n hashbrowns, two orders, and they got it wrong, such a simple order and still too complicated for the staff at this store, it wasnt the first time either, we need more compitent and friendly people at Tim Hortons, like we used to.
Awesome area to pass by and grab some coffee and snacks for a long drive. Crew were nice and accommodating.
