this tim hortons never has donuts no matter what time of the day bright am to pm i went through the drive through yesterday to get 3 assorted and they didn't have any at all. mananger had no excuse. asked for gm number or anyone I could speak to about this and was told to write a review and laughed. how hard is it to up your bake or up your order if you guys are selling that many. I've gone here atleast 10 times and there was no donuts. redic!
This place litteraly never has donuts on hand. How in the world a donut shop doesnt have.the 1 thing they advertise all over their menu board makes litteraly no sense to me. And its not just once, this has been going on since i started coming to this one 6 months ago. Ive gotten the excuse of our baker is running behind multiple days in a row. This location needs reformed.
Not the typical Tim Hortons! The management at this location is among the worst that I’ve ever witnessed at any chain. They never have donuts available at 9am and the manager simply says that she hasn’t had time to make them in her most condescending voice. This location is simply the worst! #rude. #nocustomerservice #poorlymanaged #cafeOnlyApparently
Tim Horton’s is usually great but I have never had a good experience at this location. Never bad enough to care this much, but today was the final straw. A worker refused to sell me 2 dozen donuts because there “weren’t enough”. Me, looking at the case, “okay then can I just get a dozen and a half?”, knowing there were plenty left in the case... she told me NO! “Try another location with a bigger case, I can’t make any more.” with such an attitude. SO. RUDE. 🤬
I love Tim hortons but for the past probably two months, this location has been AWFUL! I waited in line for over 15 minutes today just to make it to order and then tell me there are no timbits. Maybe you should send someone out to tell the line of cars wrapped around the building. I had a bad experience earlier this month and thought it was probably just a fluke, but it's no longer seeming like that.
Tim Hortons is good but this location was the worst. The cashier treated me like I was ruining her day for making her take my order. They were blasting music way too loud and my biscuit / hash brown was cold. Not going back to that Tim Hortons.
Had a large order, called in on my way, everything was ready, in and out in minutes, and not only was the donuts and bagels fresh, but the employees were super friendly!
Trying to get warm... drinking coffee...onto game 5 today
