I live out-of-state and needed help to sell my aunt’s house in Middle Village. I researched and spoke to three different realtors to clear and prep to list house for sale. Just sold our investment property with Tim and was extremely pleased with Tim and his team's friendliness and professionalism. Tim Ho and his team were great to work with in selling my parents’ house in Whitestone. He met with my three siblings and I over zoom, explained the current housing market, came up with a game plan and had a great and reasonable contractor do a few minor cosmetic things that transformed the house.
