This is a great place to get appliances. I am very satisfied with my new washer and dryer and the service I received. These people went all out to help me get exactly what I need. I needed a large capacity washer and dryer that could hold up to heavy horse blankets and they are woking out very well. Thank you appliance guys! I will definately be back and highly recommend you to others!
I went through two refrigerators that did not function as expected and bargained for. They refused to give me a refund after they tried to fix the first refrigerator twice for different issues (the fan was not working a double mother control board was defective, causing the refrigerator not to cool at all). Chris asked us to look at another refrigerator, got 300 dollars back with a one year warrantee on the second unit. Laron gave me a great deal on a washer !!
These guys are so amazing. Very helpful and I'm a very needy individual. Any questions I had were answered and I purchased both a washer and dryer that are working great! Chris was super knowledgeable and picked out everything I needed , Laron (hope that's spelt correctly ) was very friendly and helpful and Steve was super awesome, he delivered and hooked everything up for me and made sure it all worked before he left. TERRIBLE customer service. We bought a washer/dryer set with a 1 year warranty. Received awesome pretty great service AT FIRST but they never resolved my issue of the washing machine not working properly. They did come out and replace the washer but the new washer had the SAME issue (did not spin). Their technician Ben (who was terribly unkempt and rude) came out and "fixed" our washing machine by leaning against it and manually forcing it to spin. He would then leave and grumble "It works now..." and storm out of our home. ... read more
