STELLAR!!! Tim Hess is an amazing Realtor. We worked with him through the sale of a property to the purchase of our forever home. He is knowledgeable and responsive. He is also part therapist and will help you navigate all the emotional ups and downs with positivity and laughter. He spent a year and a half helping and guiding us throughout. We highly recommend Tim and will always be grateful for him!!

We sold and bought property with Tim as our Realtor. Best decision ever. He was with us from the time we first began considering moving and helped to narrow down the selection. He was always available to meet with us, answer our questions, visit houses and talk things over. We found his insight to be trustworthy and valuable. He was a very professional realtor who became a friend,but was a huge help to go through 38 years of stuff. He took me out of my comfort zone by teaching me how to move(keep,donate,trash) He made himself available as needed,he did what he said he was going to do,he came to the house when he said he would(or he would let me know promptly if he couldn't) He absolutely went out of his way to make this daunting experience a great one!! Tim Hess made our experience buying and selling our first home a good one. Tim was timely with communication and even during difficult times during the pandemic and loss of our original realtor he picked up the slack and worked hard for us. He made a deal happen and was great with making sure we got what we needed. Tim is friendly, curious and experienced. He is overall a great pick for anyone trying to find a home and sell in Lancaster, PA.
