This guy is amazing. I was transferred to him from GA because my accident occurred in TN. I was basically told that I may not have a case due to the ticket being written incorrectly by the police officer, but Tim made it happen! I was so pleased with the outcome because the accident would have otherwise costed me tens of thousands of dollars.

I rarely feel pity for the insurance industry. But Tim is an avenging angel of justice that will not stop until his clients are compensated for wrongs they were forced to endure. I'm glad he uses his powers for good. His clients are lucky to have him. Insurance carriers are unlucky to face him.
