Tim Hendrix is extremely rude and unhelpful when trying to figure out what needs to be done to make things easier for each plaintiff. I was required to take a paternity test that I DIDN'T ask for, fine. No biggie, took off work to take the test, get back to Kentucky and the child support office had no record and no case. Ended up losing my job over something that was never scheduled., finally figured out where to take the test and he really expected me to pay 450$ out of MY pocket to do test for me and my daughter. If I could give him negative -5 stars I would. Getting advice was like pulling teeth. He answered only the questions he wanted to answer on the app. The case has taken so long that the court was almost about to close the case for no-action. We even had somebody else’s document uploaded to the app. So privacy was out of the window there! About to be nine months and counting for a single divorce.
RecommendedTim has been a fantastic guide in helping my son gain access to his child. He walked us through the process, gave us advice on what to do as we pursued our rights, and gave my son a frank boot to the head to put him in the right frame of mind going into mediation. He is a very honest down to earth man and tell you what to expect, I've needed some more consultations he did take time to meet me with out charging . He did good job representing me . Even did try to clean up the mess from before have been done to me . p.s. Nasty humans out there !!
