We bought our home in 2016 and very quickly discovered that our home was built very cheaply! We have many cracks in our walls. We already have creaky floors. Our windows are supposed to be energy efficient but they leak horribly. The list goes on! I will never again buy a home built by this company.
Our Tim Halbrook built home had the absolute best quality possible. Attention was paid to all details, finest in workmanship. More importantly, any questions or concerns we had after the purchase were resolved in a prompt and professional manner. I would give Halbrook builders the highest recommendation.
Buyer beware. Homes built with the quality you'd expect for SPEED and PROFIT. Get a REALLY good private inspector before you buy. Municipal inspections are just for minimum requirements...do yourself a favor and have someone inspect plumbing, sewage, electrical, under siding, possible pest entry locations, etc. Or just buy from a truly quality builder.
