I was very pleased with the care and treatment I received from Dr. Vitale and would highly recommend him to anybody in need of hand and arm medical care and treatment.
I brought my mom to see Dr. Greene, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, calm, and welcoming. My co-pay was $80 and they’re going to bill my insurance gods knows what. All for a doctor who I heard sigh and say “I have to stop seeing patients,” right before he walked in. Barely said hi, walked strait to the computer. Looked at my scans and immediately said, “you don’t need surgery, I’m a surgeon, you need to see a pain management doctor.” Dismissive and rude, like I was wasting his time. I saw Dr. Heftler for extreme back pain after major surgery. He came to my rescue when no one else would help me. He took the time to get one of his partners involved, who then interceded with my surgeon (from another practice). I highly recommend Dr. Heftler for his skill and compassion.
It wasn’t the latest visit it’s been every visit. Dr. Sethi is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions all the things you want in a physician. He went above and beyond to pinpoint my shoulder issue and kept me informed every step of the way with what my options were. I don’t believe I would be where I am now, 6 months after surgery, without Dr. Sethi.
Always a pleasure to be helped and assisted by Dr. V! Kind… thoughtful and professional. ONS and Greenwich are fortunate to have him and his team. Period.

my experience with Dr. Sethi was incredible. He's a brilliant surgeon, he's caring, kind, funny and I had complete confidence in him and so will you.
Avoid at all costs!! He is the worst. I went in for a bone spur surgery in April (2025). Dr Peden said it would be “simple and easy” and he’s done hundreds of these procedures. He said my recovery would be 4-6 weeks. Never ever once did he say that there’s a chance that I may end up WAY worse than I was for months or years. Needless to say I was on crutches for 8 weeks and in a boot for another 4 weeks and now 5 months later I still have severe pain with every step I take.
