Had a problem with my septic alarm. The first guy that came out (Don I think) was very helpful. He explained everything he was doing. He walked me through my system and was very polite and knowledgeable. He was unable to diagnose my problem and requested another guy who came out. Determined he needed another piece of equipment and ordered it. It turns out the problem wasn’t the system it was in the house and I was able to fix it. The bill was reasonable and I will use them again in the future.
