As of December 2022, TIM FORTIN & AMY MACDONALD ARE NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PAGE OR BUSINESS. The three year agreement we had with William Raveis Real Estate was ending at the end of December and we were ready to move on. We opened NextHome Northern Lights Realty in Hallowell, Maine and unfortunately we were unable to take this page with us.
Tim was an awesome realtor, I recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I think he did a great job throughout the whole house buying process and I would use him again in the future. He made the process easier and straightforward and takes the time to find what’s right for you even if it means telling you a place isn’t right for you, or multiple. Overall great experience and you can’t ask for more than that.
My wife and I were looking for a home during a very tough time, when prices were high and inventory was low. Tim made sure we didn't overpay for anything that wouldn't have been worth it by looking at properties with the eye of an inspector. He helped us find the right place at the right price, and thanks to him, we've now got our dream home! We're so appreciative for all of Tim and Amy's hard work to get it done.
