Don’t let his youth deceive you. Tim is a top-notch realtor, and, frankly, a really good guy. We consider ourselves very lucky to have mat him at an open house a few years ago. He shepherded us through our search for a new home and the sale of the old. Get used to the phrase, “Okay, full disclosure…” because he does not want even the appearance of a conflict of interest.
