Being a first time buyer, Tim was very helpful and informative. I felt that I understood what was going on throughout the process and was always prepared for the next steps. He was very responsive and was able to book viewings and prepare paperwork quickly. He helped me find a house that fit my budget and needs.
I know this: Tim Ewing is the realtor we all hope for but some of us never meet. I was extremely lucky to meet him and his responsive, knowledgeable and completely honest help and informed judgment when I needed it was refreshing!
Tim was an excellent realtor and resource is my home buying process. I started working with him while I was still living out of state, and preparing a move for work. He was very thorough and accommodating. Any questions I had he always happily and promptly answered. I will definitely use him again in the future for real estate needs.
