Tim was an excellent realtor and resource is my home buying process. I started working with him while I was still living out of state, and preparing a move for work. He was very thorough and accommodating. Any questions I had he always happily and promptly answered. I will definitely use him again in the future for real estate needs.

Tim is knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. He lets you know that you are the boss, but gives helpful and honest advice to guide sellers/buyers through the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling!
