Came in today for a clean and check up, was extremely impressed with the service. They were on time as per usual and ready for my booking and I must say Dr Tim and his Dental Nurse were very pleasant to deal to with and extremely helpful in helping me maintain my pearly whites!
Was disappointed, stood at counter where no one was serving, and the bell to ring must have just been display. I get it, everyone is cutting costs, and the reception is also the dental nurse. However I was looking towards potentially following up on what this dentist has to offer me, as it seemed like it might be a great place for a plate, but was eventually met with a reception lady that seemed flustered and incensed that i was asking her questions and more interested in serving the person behind me, yes by this point there... read more
Dr Tim is a fantastic doctor, very knowledgeable and thorough. And Mirna at the front desk is absolutely lovely. They both go above and beyond for their patients. It’s always a pleasure to see them :)
