Buzz and his team made my refinance so painless and when we ran into a small glitch he explained the problem in terms I could understand and gave me ideas what I needed to do to fix the problem. The closing was easy and even with my small glitch it still closed before I expected it to!
After a fiasco with another lender and less than 3 weeks to go until closing, I contacted Buzz to see if there was any way he could help me start over and still meet our contracted closing date. He was very honest and said it would be very tight but would do his best. I made sure that I did everything I could to get him the requested paperwork in a timely manner and he more than held up his end by meeting every deadline.
