Not a good experience. AT ALL. Overcharged, overstated the problem, didn’t fix the main thing we called them for Charged us anyway. Will not use again or recommend. IMO. Would score negative stars if that were possible.
Team of 2 arrived same day help was requested. Young men were fast, thorough, respectful, and clean. Debord’s pricing is very competitive. Call them first for your plumbing needs.
Great communication that’s huge with me. Tanner did a great job very polite. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
We had a leak in one of our toilets . I called Tim DeBord Plumbing for help. They were able to get someone out the next day. The gentleman that came out, Tanner, was able to quickly identify the problem. Tanner did a great job on a complex repair. He also was very good to clean up after he was done. Tanner and Tim DeBord Plumbing earned their 5 star rating!
