I called local businesses and all were very busy. I’m an older resident with no close family. I left messages and Tim called me back and worked me in. He had a crew out and fixed within two hours. I now have a new plumber when I need one. His compassion will be forever appreciated. He didn’t take advantage of the weather and very reasonably priced.
I called to see about getting my house replumbed. Two guys came to fix something I didn't need. I have not heard anything else from him.
Tim helped me correct an inspection discrepancy when another company failed to perform work to code. It all passed inspection after Tim mitigated the code problems.
Not a good experience. AT ALL. Overcharged, overstated the problem, didn’t fix the main thing we called them for Charged us anyway. Will not use again or recommend. IMO. Would score negative stars if that were possible.
