Very disappointing. Asked to get a quote for some paving but the response was. We are too busy
We approached TDL to do some landscaping at our house. After letting them know our budget, we agreed to get them to write plans at a cost of around 5k. When the plans were complete they said they couldn’t meet our budget and the best they could do was 27k over our budget. Of course we didn’t have the money and couldn’t move forward with the works and they said that because they had spent time doing the plans the 5k was not refundable. We ultimately lost 5k but got to keep the plans. Not great.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Gavin, in design was an absolute wizard with incredible ideas. The team that did the install were on time and over delivered in our expectations. Nothing was too hard, and the final result was five stars. Thank you!! 🙏🏻
