Excellent staff and service. Glad we have them in the area.
I’m super disappointed. I got to this facility nearly 30 minutes before it closed and they said they couldn’t take any more patients. It wouldn’t be a big deal except I’m having trouble breathing and need to see someone asap.
The front desk rep and the nurse or physician assistant were marvelous. The actual doctor asked me to pick a pharmacy to send my prescription to. I pick one, go there and wait for 20min because they couldn't find it in the system. Then was told it was sent somewhere else once it was finally was ready. Very in convenient. Clear communication would be helpful. If there is going to be a wait time inform your clients. Saying "all done" and just walking out the room is sad customer service. I won't be back. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care clinic. The inside is laid out beautifully and staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
