BUYER BEWARE: Neglect and Excuses I purchased a Nissan Leaf from Josh E. at Tim Dahle Nissan in 2016. While the buying process barely met my expectations, my experience with their service department has been a complete failure. In 2024, the vehicle's battery completely failed. Well here we are another customer complaining about a dealership service center. The forever warranty is just a way for you to purchase the vehicle and then they charge you for things not covered by the warranty. This is a 1-star rating because 0 stars is not. I bought my car from them and was overcharged for the car and an extended warranty. I was also told that I had the forever warranty. (Which this warranty is a load of garbage) This is simply a sales pitch to get you to buy the car and then they don't stand by anything. They kept my car for 2 weeks claiming they were waiting on the warranty company to review the claim, when they did they quoted me 23k for an engine that I could get at any other Nissan dealer for 9.3k.
