If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We live about an hour away from this dealership, we called to make sure the Cadillac we were interested in was available. Jason assured us that it was available and to still come in even though the dealership would be closed by the time we got there. When we got to the dealership Jason was unavailable as he was with a different customer. I have been searching for a new truck for 6 months. The lack of inventory/insane prices have been extremely frustrating. I have been checking with a multitude of dealerships every 2 weeks or so, and just recently found a dealer that was willing to accept my terms. We are always treated great at Nissan Bountiful. Dixie and the service crew accommodate our schedule, fitting us into their schedule and have our car done when promised! Great team of workers.
I’ve never been treated so terrible by a salesman in my entire life. James, “Jimmy James” is a complete disgrace to Tim Dahle’s otherwise reputable name. He lied to us about what was and was not included in the asking price, insulted us for wanting a 60 month finance term vs 72 month, and straight up called us liars when we outlined our financing rate/terms with the current Nissan I have.
