STAY CLEAR of Infinit's service department! I was quoted a price for repairs on the phone by Chaz Benson, the service manager, as a "safe estimate" for parts and labor. This was after telling him I lived an hour away and needed to know a fairly safe estimate before making the commute. Chaz sounded hasty and condescending over the phone, however, I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he might have been having a bad day. I then drove an hour to drop the car off for repair. E X P E N S I V E & B A D – Called to have two manufacturing defects corrected which had Service Bulletins posted through Infinity national regarding them. I was told they needed to verify the actual problem, but they would be covered if it was the problem in the service bulletin. Since my car needed transmission service and inspection so I brought it in for that too. Worst Dealership for customer service! This was the most AWEFUL car buying experience ever! The ONLY reason I did purchase my vehicle from them is because I looked all over Utah and could find another car like it. I bought the Infiniti QX56. The salesman couldn't speak english very well and was was very eager to make a sale even if I wasn't happy with the vehicle. best care for my new Coupe – I recently bought a new Infiniti G37 Coupe and while the sales experience was great (except for laying out a considerable sum of cash) the first service I received was terrific! I brought the car in for it's first oil change (they call it an Executive Service) and it was great! It only took 45 minutes or so and when they handed me my keys along with a rose my car was spotless. We have 2 little dogs and you would never have guessed they spent any time in the car. Great Sales and service – I looked at a vehicle online and made a call, from the first conversation to the time I took delivery three days later, everything went very well. since then I have been back to service and I have been treated well as everything is explained in detail and they truly seem to care. Bad Service Department – Only take your Infiniti to Tim Dahle if you have a bucket of gold and don't mind paying thousands of dollars more then you should and have repairs performed that your car does not need. This summer I took my Infiniti G35 into Tim Dahle for a mechanical Problem. I was 50 miles away from my factory warranty expiring the repairs they did should have been covered under the warranty but Tim Dahle told me that the warranty would not cover the repairs and they tried to charge me almost $3000 dollars for rep... read more
