I am glad to know I am not the only patient who can't get a response from his staff. I think he knows his stuff and so does his PA however I can't get a response from them at all. Had pneumonia 5 times, would like to know the results of my tests. But No!!. The only time I hear from them is when they want me to make another appointment.
