Tim goes above and beyond. It seems like you can throw a rock in any room and hit a realtor these days, but what you won't find is a realtor that puts in the effort and care that Tim does. Tim truly cares about making the choice to buy or sell a home easy for his clients and I'm thankful to have someone like him in my circle to refer my friends and family to.

Tim and I have worked together with mutual clients over the years. It is critical to have an agent on your side who has experience in real estate and is devoted to their career. Tim is a dedicated realtor with many years (full time) in the business. He walks his clients through the process and does an excellent job setting their expectations.

Tim sells like he has something to prove. Every input he made in selling our house was backed with experience and analytics. He research our area specifically, and knew the best price to list to get the bidding started. We had 13 offers above asking! Very down to earth, helpful, and understanding guy.
