Complete waste of time. He did nothing. Went back and forth between rooms going what do you want to do now. Maybe he was doing more in the other room since the lawyer was a friend of his.
Tim is a great mediator with an ability to speak plainly to all parties about the facts, the law and related circumstances. I recommend him highly.
Tim was fantastic to work with. He has an easy-going style, but he's extremely thorough, organized, and efficient. He moves mediation along at a steady, deliberate pace and serves as an excellent guide and facilitator. And he's able to work well over Zoom. Before my mediation was over, I had all the documentation and paperwork in hand and felt great about my results. I hope I never have to go through mediation again, but if I do, I would be very happy to work with Tim Cook.
