I’ve been calling for 2 days about an issue and have been on hold for an unacceptable time frame. I have been on hold as we speak for 20 more minutes so far. If they are that busy making that much money hire an additional person to answer the phone
My primary doctor is on medical leave contacted Dr Connor office that said they was taking new patients which I would be. But refused me saying I was a transfer which didn't make since for I am a new patient to Dr Connor.
Absolutely amazing pcp I'm so sad I moved and had to get a new dr.
