Two months in a row after my agent left this office and went to another, the have my auto pay screwed up for two months in a row. Got a cancelation notice each month now and they are supposed to be auto paying it. I'm switching after they fix this issue if they can. Called to speak with Tim Collier and was told he's too busy. Well if he is too busy I will find a State Farm rep who isn't .
