My wife posting a review fully elaborating on this Mike Vaughn was a absolutely TERRIBLE salesman making rude remarks and comments towards my wife after signing the paper being extremely disrespectful and inappropriate while I was making him a sale NEVER in my life have I seen a salesman act the way Mike did towards me and my wife. Originally worked with Zach and Anthony. They are amazing individuals! Would have loved to work a deal out with them and give them our business, however we spoke with Mike Vaughn over the phone originally so we had to work with him. Typical policy. Thought nothing more until he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We were trading in needing to contact our original bank, Mike was very distasteful towards the loan officer and said disgusting words about her.
