Tim is amazing. He has great understanding of the real estate industry and is so kind and helpful. He took a lot of the stress out of selling my rental units and even helped me do some of the fix ups. He responds quickly to requests, questions and all the details involved in selling property. Tim goes above and beyond what the average realtor does and really cares about you as a person. He is extremely fair with his commission and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. I highly recommend him.
