Buying a home for the first time is very daunting. We met with a number of realtors and were struck by how hard it felt to trust people. It’s a business that allows for lots of ulterior motives and shady dealing. Tim goes above and beyond! We worked with Tim for over a year finding the right house and he was so patient and knowledgeable. The whole time we knew he was more concerned with making sure we found exactly what we needed for our family over making a sale. Tim is the realtor that will crawl in the attic and get in the crawl space to check on things, he even came over after we closed to help us fix a water problem. He's a great local expert and cares about this community. We are so thankful we got to work with him!

He got us a full-price offer (plus a backup) the first weekend, helped with staging and inspection prep, and even handled things like leaf-blowing and snow shoveling since we didn’t live nearby.
