Buying a home for the first time is very daunting. We met with a number of realtors and were struck by how hard it felt to trust people. It’s a business that allows for lots of ulterior motives and shady dealing. Tim goes above and beyond! We worked with Tim for over a year finding the right house and he was so patient and knowledgeable. The whole time we knew he was more concerned with making sure we found exactly what we needed for our family over making a sale. Tim is the realtor that will crawl in the attic and get in the crawl space to check on things, he even came over after we closed to help us fix a water problem.
