What a phenomenal guy this Tim Baird is. Honest and caring. He did not sell me anything but instead talked me into a financially better and achievable path that did not benefit him in any way and I would have not a clue about without Tim. Also, he supports Vets and I’m a Vet and I happen to know he employs a Vet. So his team is also professional and friendly. When the time arrives to purchase a house, this is the group I will rely on.
