So I don’t think I ever posted anything like this before. But I really want to take the time to recommend Tim and Dawn as realtors and property manager. This was my third time working with buying and selling real state and they were by far the most honest, knowledgable, and definitely hard working people I ever worked with. I highly recommend!! Dawn and Tim were wonderful! They made the selling process a breeze. All the i's were dotted and the t's crossed. There was very little needed from me besides signatures! I look forward to working with them work my purchases in the future!
You will not find better realtors in the Hampton Roads area. I have had five experiences buying a home. I recommend Tim and Dawn highly, especially if this is your first time home owner experience.
