Hands down, going with the Tim Ali Team was the best choice I could’ve made. They were always there when I had questions, never made me feel rushed, and actually cared about getting me the right deal, not just any deal. Tim, Patty, and the whole crew are just solid people. Super helpful, super honest, and always on top of things. I felt taken care of the whole way through. If you want a team that actually cares, this is the one.
Worked with one of the realtors as a buyer well before new NAR settlement was in place and was not notified that a buyer broker fee of 725 dollars was to be paid in addition to the normal commission that seller pays until an offer was put in.
