I am very disappointed with the service provided. I went in for an adjustment because of a pinched nerve. The issue wasn't resolved and I was told to come back in the next day. I believe that they didn't resolve my issue so that they could hit my insurance twice. My insurance will cover one chiropractic visit a month, so I'm stuck with a pinched nerve for another month. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. They're billing my insurance and didn't provide any service.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. I also like the fact that I get educated on what is going on and why this is the route to go to fix my issue
Ive always been skeptical of going to chiropractic clinics. I’m not one to even crack my knuckles, however one morning I had severe neck pain and could barely turn my head. My co-worker made an appointment for me and my experience was great! He didn’t even touch my neck he started with my back and didn’t push anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. Now my neck has gone back to normal. Great experience lovely people all the way around.
The front desk lady who answers the phone is really rude and cursed me out because I asked for her name because I was displeased with her service when trying to schedule my appointment. She refused to give me her name so I hope her manager reads this and puts her in her place.
