I've been a tenant of a Tilton Realty managed property for a few years and have only had positive interactions with them. Both Dean & Ron are very quick to respond to any needs. Dean even went as far as to assist me in getting help with my business license, using his connections with the city. They are eager to help businesses thrive in community by keeping rent prices affordable and by maintaining their properties.
I have rented from Tilton Realty twice in different locations over the span of several years. Dean always took great care of us & responded to any needs or issues. He also has a great staff, their organization was always very helpful and considerate to us. We had only positive & professional interactions with Tilton Realty over the course of many years, so I am not guessing about this review. Their support held up consistently over time and their pricing was always economical and reasonable.
Used Tilton for property management for more then 30 years and they have always taken the best care my property rentals and my interests ..
