I love tilton fitness in brick and I used to like the jackson one. However, as of lately I have been a little put off by Jackson. The women's locker room has been out of service for over a week. The family changing room was filthy. The jets in the hot tub/spa still do not work. I go to Jackson cause it is closer to my house and I do the bodycombat class with Kellie; which I love. Overall, I do like tilton, but the state of the Jackson gym is just unacceptable.

Debs upper body class and I thought she was GREAT and I also enjoyed her class very much! Every instructor in my opinion (in past gyms lol and I've been to a handful) were not so patient. Highly recommend her class and can wait to try her Mat Pilates class out as well. Alex (works in the sign up office) was also very helpful and made joining Tilton Fitness of Jackson seamless. He went through a list of discount options which was very helpful.
All the trainers are super friendly and helpful however, For the cost of a health and wellness center there is always something broken and or dirty. For example, the sauna has been broken for over 1 month !!!!!! Despite repetitive complaints to management nothing is being done. Story after story are being fed to members as to why it’s not fixed. Again, trainers are great but the facility is managed very very poorly
