I love Tilton! They have something for everyone! A variety of group ex classes, small group training, spin that you don’t have to pay extra for, a pool, and an awesome functional fitness area in the gym! All the instructors and trainers are knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. I also always find the daycare staff to be wonderful as well!
Returning member to gym and Jill was terrific showing me the floor machines and addressing my balance issues with numerous exercise ideas. Very informative and nice.
This gym has all anyone will ever need. classes are fun, staff is pleasant, equipment always works.
