7/30 - 2:54PM 8/5 - 8:52 AM 8/21 - 2:41 PM These are the three attempts I’ve made to schedule an appointment, but you guys have straight up ghosted me and have never called me back. Not sure what the disconnect is here, but it’s getting embarrassing. Genuinely trying to give you my business and you are straight up ignoring me. We gave you three attempts to call back. The account we would’ve set up would have been very much in your favor.
I have used Tiltin for multiple window replacements in my home and would recommend them very highly. Javier, the owner, does an excellent job assessing your needs and offering affordable options--he is definitely focused on meeting your needs and budget, rather than upselling you. Communication on scheduling is great, and the install teams are professional, efficient, and courteous. Best of all, the windows they provide are top quality.

We took bids from several companies in the Milwaukee area. Lee was the representative from Tiltin Windows and Doors. He completely explained the process and the products they had to offer. He offered advice and a wealth of knowledge for our project. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just professionalism.
