In October 2025, Tiltco traveled to North Bay to replace a set of commercial-grade windows installed by Essential Exteriors, Northern Glass and Metal (NGM) & Design Roofing that had been improperly installed in our home, due to that company’s clear lack of knowledge and understanding of proper residential installation standards and lack of basic ethical practices.
