TiltCo: Worst Window/Door Company. The product is inferior and that's why everyone needs customer service. Customer Service is abysmal. They won't call back, they won't return to repair. They lie. They will sell you anything, even if it isn't right for your home. If you purchase a home that already has TiltCo windows or doors, walk away!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Waiting for an answer to a complaint for 5 month now, even we try to get in touch with them byweekly. No Email response, nothing. The windows are nice. But don't buy Tilco windows, if you own a house close to the sea. The colours fade away and nobody feels responsible.
I had Tiltco do all the windows and doors in my custom home in 2019. They did a super job. The product is fantastic and working with them was great. Jiten and Mick were great with providing customer support and now 5 years later, the windows and doors all perform like a dream!!!
Good place to work.
