I have a Tittco door. Some of the screws broke off and parts are missing. We tried Contact the company several times by email and phone call. They have not answered with us. I will never and you should never go with this company. I do not recommend it if any parts break they have poor customer service and will not attend to your needs. They do not get back to your return emails or phone calls if parts break on the door they will not replace them or even try to help you find replacement parts I recommend to people to never us... read more
