Never go to this place for a modern toupee! Application process took many hours longer than it should’ve. He had lost the glue, and didn’t even have the glue for application when we showed up for the first appointment. Reschedules us to the next day. Saloon was a mess and disgusting. He had to rip the Toupee off my head because he didn’t apply it correctly. Quite hard he Had to wipe my bare recently shaved scalp with alcohol to remove the glue he should not have placed yet. I saw Blu for a color refresh and haircut. We decided on a partial highlight, but his assistant, who they both mentioned is newer and doesn't usually do all the foils, ended up handling the entire foil process on her own, without Blu in the room. She was very sweet and did a good job, but it was a little uncomfortable that no one asked me if I was okay with her doing it solo, especially since both of them kept expressing surprise at how well it turned out. Lifesavers! Blu and Angel at Tilt88 are hair magicians! I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Tilt88! I was pretty happy with my end result of an all over brunette color… BUT, i got charged an hourly rate for a simple all over dye in copper and brunette. I have extremely fine and short hair, and i have gotten this done before and it took an hour MAX. The catch with him is his apprentice was doing a lot of my hair, which i did not approve or know about prior to my appointment.
