Beware... Stay away. Had Tilson build our second home on the property. They were still working on it after 2 1/2 years. Now we get to deal with the warranty department. What a nightmare. They use sub par employees and do sub par work. Now going into Arbitration as that is how their contract is written. The offer a cheaper price, but you definitely get what you pay for.
