Tilson has made me and my family feel at home throughout the entire process. Very happy with the their baseline home designs, of which they have many to choose from. Several customizations were designed openly and priced fairly. The entire staff is making this process extremely easy while personalizing to meet my needs. I never write bad reviews, but Tilson has forced my hand with this one. When going over building details in the paperwork we stated we wanted our drawers installed with NO hardware so that we could install custom ones of our own style choice afterwards. We were still charged for their hardware even though we wouldn’t be receiving it, which we accepted. Whoever installed the drawer fronts for Tilson drilled holes into the drawer fronts and installed the hardware even though the paperwork said not to. So we were left with sing... read more
