Hello, I have had an Excel Tilos mask for several years and I am very pleased it has very good visibility on the wrist of the watch, I do not complain.

Deceptive marketing. The mask shown on the site is not what the company ships. Tilos maintains items shown on the website can have a slight variance from actual product. The company puts a Photoshopped image as the product being sold and ships you something different. Returned the mask and company deducted 23% as restocking and shipping fee. Company DID NOT respond to email requesting full refund. Disputed the amount with the Bank and after an investigation by the Bank the full amount was refunded. I've owned a Tilos mask since I joined the Navy in 2008. It's lasted 12 years without issue until the buckle finally broke off during a dive at Mermot Springs. I went on the website to order a replacement buckle, but wasn't sure which part to buy. I contacted Tilos customer support and showed them a few pictures of the mask and buckle. They informed me the that the part I needed is no longer in production (which I can't be mad about it since it's over a decade old). The staff at Tilos were incredibly helpful in getting my booties to me in time for a holiday trip. The item I wanted was out of stock, but due to arrive a week before I left. They expedited my shipment, and when that shipment was lost, they expedited it again, 2-day, to make sure I had it in time for the trip. On top of the great customer service, the booties (5mm Thermoflare) were absolutely perfect for some pretty rocky shore diving. Five stars all around!
